How to make a reservation (gay accommodation) |

Please review the websites of the accommodations below and choose the place you prefer most. If you are flying into Budapest, please check first with the airline to insure flights are available before you request a reservation. This helps to avoid your having to change reservations.
If the place is available you will receive a confirmation via email including all the info you will need: Addresses, phone numbers, directions, check-in details.
In case, your first preference is not available you will receive offers via email for other places. You will never loose out!

If you have been to Budapest before you have seen the Kristof Square. A small square,
at the corner of the famous Vaci Street, just 50 meters away from Vörösmarty
Square, where Cafe Gerbaud is located and Europe's very first Metro line starts.
Hotel Mariott and Kempinsky are both just 100 meters away and the river Danube
no more than 120 meters. It's 200 meters to the Deak Square where all three metro
lines cross each other. Tram 2 takes you along the Danube. Vaci Street and the
Kristof Square are for pedestrians only, but a parking garage is very close.
You will find a lot of cafes and restaurants in this area with outside tables
during the summer. 24 hour shops and internet cafes nearby. You can walk to several
gay bars and clubs (all gay bars & clubs are in Pest's center, not on the Buda
side). The buiding is a monument that has a facade of tiles. Its gay owned and
gay operated and at check-in we take the time to answer all your general and
gay related questions about Budapest. The staff is fluent English speaking and
always reachable by mobile phone for assistance. Both studios have full air conditioning.

If you are looking for info about real estate in Budapest we highly recommend Miguel, a gay real estate agent. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Hungarian. Miguel offers a 3 hour meeting where he will inform you of everything you need to know about searching for an apartment, negotiating the price, how foreigners can buy apartments (using a private name or with a foreign owned company), about the need for lawyers, the land registry, notaries and money exchange offices. He will also cover procedurs on how to contract with gas, water, electrity suppliers and insurace companies; how to open a bank account, how the payment of common costs to the house administration, how to find companies for reconstructions/renovations and interpreters who can help you during the processs. The fee for this 3 hour meeting is 100 Euros, which will save you a great deal of money and hassle.
