  • Comment by Gregg who visited in January 2007: Very pleasant cafe-bar with excellent modern Italian food. Quiet the Friday night I dined there, but nice staff and local/foreign customers there.
  • Rob wrote in July 2008: I had lunch at Pizzeria Club 93 last week. Although the food was fairly good the service was average at best. Long list of beers on the menu but all they had was Gosser on tap. My glass was dry as a bone before the waiter finally came round to ask me if I wanted another. Bill was a little fishy at the end which I didn't notice until I looked more closely at it later. It is not detailed and I dont know if tip was included as it didnt mention what each specific charge was. The waiter gladly accepted my genorous tip, however, without a word. Nonetheless, it's a decent enough place (just look closely at your bill and don't expect a great selection of beers)

  • Comment by Nick who visited in April 2010: We went to Ruben last night for dinner. Didn't know what to expect and only saw it listed on this website and perused their website as well. We are from NYC, US and have been overall. Very impressed and shocked at how low the prices are on just about everything here. We had drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees and it was less than 36 US dollars. Amazing food. Amazing service. Highly recommend the salmon and pike perch. The atmosphere is casual to business casual. Amazing! Go go go.
  • Comment by Matt who visited in January 2013: I went to Ruben Restuarant today, and it is not at all gay! Don't go there if you're looking for the gay scene, but it seems like a very nice place otherwise. Maybe it used to be gay, but I went there today and asked the waiter, he gave me a strange look and said no.
